About Honor Supervised Living
Honor Supervised Living, a program of Honor School LLC, provides a warm, stable, and heart-centered home environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Our mission is simple:

Our HCS Supervised Living Services
Honor Supervised Living provides individualized support based on each person’s needs, strengths, and HCS service plan. Services may include:
24/7 supervised living in a home environment
Support with personal care and daily routines
Meal preparation and nutrition support (healthy meals)
Medication assistance (in coordination with nursing staff)
Transportation to appointments and community activities
Skill-building and independence coaching
Support with school, day programs, or employment
Community integration and activities
Safety, advocacy, and emotional support
Therapeutic Recreation
Holistic Approach
Every service is provided in alignment with the Individual Plan of Care (IPC) and person-centered planning.
WHO WE SUPPORT
We support young women (ages 18-40 years old) with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities who:
Are enrolled in the Texas HCS Waiver
Prefer a warm, home-like environment with personalized support
Value stability, routine, and compassionate care
Are seeking an alternative to group homes or host home placement
Want to participate in community activities, education, day programs, or employment
Benefit from consistent emotional support and encouragement
If a person is not yet enrolled in HCS, we can guide families through the process of getting started.
